It’s not a product designed to help quit smoking. It’s supposed to be used like in restaurants and airplanes where smoking is prohibited. I guess it releases a harmless water vapor. It does NOT contain tobacco but does contain nicotine. They have a website but it didn’t mention how much it costs. Have you seen it? If so, where’d you see it for sale and how much was it? It would be safer than smoking though ’cause it wouldn’t have the carcinogens and definitely mujch better for the environment. I’m anxious to try it. I’m a heavy smoker at 2 packs a day. I kinda want to try quitting but I’m just way too addicted. I know I can only quit when I’m truly ready. This NJOY could be a much better substitue. It’s probably not totally harmless but I know that it’s MUCH safer than smoking! The only thing I worry about it that I hope kids don’t hink it’s cool and start trying it for the nicotine buzz and ’cause they know they won’t have to worry about smelling like cigarettes. If you’ve tried it, what would you rate it on a 1-10 scale??? THANKS! BTW, what category would you have put this in! I picked society and culture because smoking is a big society issue, right? I guess it could go under health too!
Yes and I use it daily, especially at my office and in restaurants. I think it’s a great way to get my nic fix without offending others.
I still smoke 15 regular cigs per day but this product helps me cope with not being able to chain smoke in the office when I am stressed.

Is it possible to buy an airplane ticket at the last minute at the airport?

And if anyone has ever done this, what are the fare prices for the tickets like? Super expensive or super cheap? It seems to me you could go either way, that the airline might want to get something for their empty seats, or they could hike up the price because they know you’re dying to get out of town.
I understand your thinking about filling seats last minute. But the airlines like to plan ahead.
I have taken many last minute flights. A week or two in advance booking and a flight can cost say $500. Just show at the airport…. they may have no seats. Even if they are able to fit you in that same flight can cost $2000. Last minute always costs much much more even if you are a gold/platinum frequent flyer member of whatever airline.

This of course would make your paychecks nearly 33% larger.
In this scenario, you would only be taxed on what you bought. So, if you are a low to medium income family and only bought the necessities, you would probably not see any decrease in net dollars.
On the other hand if you are very wealthy and want to buy big boats, airplanes, etc. you would have to pay a larger amount of taxes… No loopholes!
Also, wouldn't the government would save millions because they would no longer have to process tax returns and send out tax auditors?
Your talking about the "fair tax" and I'm 100% for it. BUT, it takes power away from the politicans so I don't think we'll ever see it.
